Today, I made a cake. This does not happen often for good reason, I'm really not the best baker. However, Brian loves his dessert and so does Ella, so I baked. Ella helped. She did some mixing and whisking (supervised, haha). She also wanted to help with the oven as well-not such a great idea. Instead, we looked into the oven. Then when I opened it we played the "go stand by the kitchen table away from the oven" game. Surprisingly, she liked this game and played by the rules...until the terrible two's come along, right?!
